COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
Important changes and requirements
Your safety and our staffs safety is our number one priority
  • If you or any member of your household have  COVID-19 symptoms you must not attend our premises. Please follow government guidelines.

  • Temperature checks may be taken on arrival.

  • We recommend you pre book online but we can usually accommodate walk-ins (subject to capacity)

  • While there are currently no additional Covid 19 regulatory requirements in respect of children's indoor adventure play and party centres we continue to undertake a thorough cleaning regime and operate in big and well-ventilated buildings. As with many other places of often busy social gatherings we continue to encourage ;
    • The wearing of face coverings
    • Being as considerate as possible of others and their immediate close space
    • Good hand hygiene (please use sanitisers regularly)

  • Antimicrobial surface coating (fogging) will be undertaken in the evenings

  • Adults are discouraged from entering the play areas unless supervision of your children is required

  • Contactless / Card payments only now

  • Customers not being considerate and not following the rules will be required to leave

TERMS AND CONDITONS OF PARTY BOOKINGS

Please note all that all parties are subject to a minimum payment of 10 children and a deposit of £ 50 (£ 100 for double party rooms when a minimum payment of 28 applies). The deposit is refundable only in the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks before the party. The balance of the party payment (i.e. the full party payment taking into account the deposit paid) is required no later than 4 days before that party and is then non refundable.

Please also note that a ratio of 1 adult to 5 children is required at the party and all other rules of entry and play apply to guests including the age and height restrictions for access to the play frames.
